One Church is a new church starting in Avon. We are looking for people who want to grow in their faith, and to make Avon a better place to live, work, and play. Sound like you? Contact us and we'd love to plug you in.
- Currently we are meeting for Bible Study once a week, and the location is subject to change, but if you follow our facebook page, we will keep you updated. Remember to look for the big blue "One Church Meets Here" sign when you arrive to know you are in the right place.
- Because we are meeting wherever we can find a place at the moment, we do not currently have a separate kids ministry. Your kids are welcome to come with you (KJ's will be there.) We have a small "busy box" that has coloring books, and a few toys to keep them occupied. We don't mind a little noise!
- We're very casual. We hope to provide a relaxed environment where you can be with others who want to grow in their faith, love Jesus, and Avon and the people who live there.
- Bible Study is a very relaxed family style study of scripture. We start with a short time of worship through music. We like hymns, contemporary songs, and a large variety in between. Pastor KJ teaches straight from the scripture, and helps you to apply it in everyday life. If you read his bio, you know how important 1 Timothy 3:16 is to him, so we use the scripture to correct us, teach us, and help us to be who we need to be.
